Bloodwood Deba

The first production based on my proto-type Japanese-style cooking knives. This small Deba, or cooks knife, carries a stout 1/4" thick blade that is a bit shorter at only 5" in length. A great knife for meats and general use food preparation where a large knife is simply cumbersome and gets in the way! The chisel ground blade and razor edge have been polished off with extremely fine grit Japanese water stones and is sure to satisfy all of your cooking needs. Watch your fingers on this one!!

While this knife was commissioned and has been sold, I can produce a similar knife upon request.
