Bloodwood Santoku

 

Another addition to my line of Japanese-Style cooking knives. This one has a blade forged from a much thinner, 1/8" stock to produce a finer, more precision edge for a variety of smaller veggies.

Blade - 1095 Carbon 6 1/2" Chisel Ground
Tang Construction - Hidden
Ferrel Material - Water Buffalo Horn
Handle Material - Bloodwood
